As a private parish school, we follow two tuition tiers for Parishioners and Non-Parishioners along with our Fees Schedule, and the required Fundraising and Parent Service responsibilities during the school year.
The fulfillment of these financial and service responsibilities, along with your child’s academic progress and discipline record, are considerations for your child’s re-admission for the following school year.
All tuition will be collected via Blackbaud Tuition Management Company on the 1st of each month, August-May, with late fees incurred on the 5th. Most Fees will also be collected via Blackbaud Tuition to conserve resources. Families who pay their tuition in full directly to the school by August 5th may receive an additional 5% tuition discount.

Fee Schedule
Student/Book Fee
A $450 fee per student is due at the time of re-registration in March. This fee is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot for the next school year . This fee helps cover standardized testing, books, hardware, software, health services, student insurance, art supplies, yearbook, and Young at Art. This fee is automatically collected via Blackbaud Tuition.
Late Fee/Returned Check Fee
A $65 late fee will be added to any tuition payment not received by the due date. This fee will be collected by the BLACKBAUD Tuition Management Company.
A $25 returned check fee will be assessed to your account by BLACKBAUD for any tuition checks returned by your bank unpaid. If an automatic tuition deduction is refused by your bank a fee of $20 will be assessed to your account. This might result in multiple fees being assessed to your account. OLG will charge a $25 returned check fee for all other checks written to the school.
Parent Service and Fundraising Responsibilities
Tuition alone does not cover the total cost of your child’s education; therefore, every family is required to fulfill 40 hours of service to the school/parish and to participate with the four major fundraising activities of the school/parish. The fundraisers and activities take place throughout the school year.
Although there is a variety of fundraising opportunities throughout the year that support our school (Secret Santa Shop, Jog-a-thon, Book Fair, Casino Night, Golf Tournament, etc.) there are only 4 fundraisers that require every family’s participation and support:
1. Scrip Program (Generate at least $200 in profit or buy out by 10/31) – June 1st – May 31st
2. OLG Tuition Raffle (Buy or sell at least $100 in raffle tickets) – February
3. OLG Parish Fiesta (Work at least one 4-hour shift) – April/May
4. OLG Parish Fiesta Raffle (Buy or sell at least $100 in raffle tickets) – April/May
Additional Fees
Sacramental Fee
A $60 sacramental fee will be charged for those students who will be receiving sacraments during the year. This fee helps defray the costs of retreats, certificates, and materials. This fee is collected via BLACKBAUD Tuition in February.
Extended Care Program (ECP)
ECP fees are billed at $5.00 per hour for each child. Healthy snacks are provided for $1.25 a day. After 6:00 PM the fee is $2.00 per minute. A registration fee of $50 for the first child and $20 for each additional child in the family will be charged in September for those families using ECP to help cover the cost of supplies and projects. This fee is collected via Blackbaud Tuition on a monthly basis.
Sports/Academic Decathlon Fee
A sports fee of $70-$90, covering referee fees, equipment, trophies, and tournament costs is due for each sport in which a student participates. This fee varies depending upon the sport. It is not collected via BLACKBAUD Tuition and is payable at the start of each sport season.
Graduation Fee
A $250 graduation fee for eighth grade students covers various graduation expenses including their class sweatshirt, diplomas, gown rentals, and yearbooks. This fee does not cover personalized yearbook dedication pages. This fee is collected via BLACKBAUD Tuition in March.
Before School Care is also available through ECP
Before school morning care is available at 7:00am for $5.00/day. This fee is collected via BLACKBAUD Tuition on a monthly basis.
Application/Testing Fee
A $100 application fee is due for all new students. This non-refundable fee is not collected via Blackbaud Tuition.
