OLG School offers affordable Extended Care Program for parents whose child(ren) are at the school before 7:45am or not picked up by 3:15pm.

2023-2024 Program Fees

Registration Fee (due up front)
$55.00 for the 1st child;
$20.00 each additional child

Extended Care 4 or more days per week
$5.00 per hour for each child

Part-time Extended Care 3 or less days per week
$5.50 per hour for each child.

Morning Care $5.00 per day for each child

Other Fees
$1.00 per additional child billed for snacks.
A late fee of $2.00 per minute is charged after 6:00 PM for each child.

All payments must be made no later than the 10th of each and every month. Any payments made after the 10th of each month is subject to a late fee of $50.00 that will be added to the next months invoice.

We must implement a denial of service when payment is not received within two months from billing date as the Extended Care Program is self-funded.

Note: Billing is done in the arrear. For example, October invoice will be September charges.
