Welcome OLG School!
Nestled in the hills of Hermosa Beach, California, Our Lady of Guadalupe School is an inclusive learning community with faculty dedicated to meeting the needs of the individual student.

Faith
Through the cooperative effort of families, teachers, and parish, all children will develop a sound foundation of Catholic faith along with the knowledge that prepares lifelong learners.
Leadership
We prepare students for positions of leadership and responsibility in a multi-cultural community.
Reasons to Choose OLG
Uniquely Catholic
OLG employs devoted educators that invest themselves in the academic success of each student. Our faith-based education reinforces the values that are taught at home and the close-knit Christian community provides a caring and safe learning environment.
Students and Families in Mind
We boast a low faculty-to-student ratio and provide extended care before and after school. Tuition assistance is available via scholarships to help your child receive all OLG has to offer.
Leadership and Technology
Our Servant Leadership classes in Junior High prepare future leaders in High School and use interactive technology instruction using SMART boards in every classroom.
Continually Trailblazing
We celebrate over 60 years of dedicated Catholic Education in the South Bay and were the first parish in the Los Angeles Archdiocese to go solar. We have 1:1 technology rich learning environments from 2nd-8th Grade and small group technology access for our K-1 classrooms.
STEM Focused
We are able to provide our students a state of the art STEM lab, 3D printer, and Multi-purpose Music Room. Our 5th-8th graders can boast award winning teams in the First Lego League Robotics competitions, and we have partnered with Lemelson MIT in their Thinker Tank Program as well as the CA Invention Convention.
